记者昨日从广州市黄埔区文物普查办获悉，在文物普查中黄埔区文物新线索有望突破100条，其中又一大型古建筑群——文冲古建筑群浮出水面，里面一座保存完好的明朝“鹩哥楼”更是惊艳广州。</P><> 据初步勘察，古建筑群占地约5万平方米，保存有包括清代至民国的公祠12间，私塾7间，书院一间，明末清初的古民居12间。</P><> 昨天，记者第一个深入到文冲古建筑群里采访。据黄埔区文化局有关负责人介绍，首次发现的文冲古民俗建筑群位于黄埔区文冲街东、西坊大街一带，整条大街长约250米。大街北侧古建筑一座紧挨一座，大街南侧有4个池塘，视野开阔，整个建筑群占地约5万平方米。</P><P> 古民居达5万平方米</P><P> 据初步勘察，古建筑群包括有清代至民国的公祠12间，私塾7间，书院一间，明末清初的古民居12间。大街东西两头有古门楼各一座，东门楼保存尚好，门顶有“文冲”两字的石匾，为乾隆甲寅年(1794)所刻，墙上有清光绪十八年(1892)立的《东约重修街碑志》石刻。其中，在古建筑群内被誉为建村之典范的“鹩哥楼”，建于嘉靖四十五年(1566)，楼高19.2米、长18.2米，宽11米，占地面积200平方米，为砖木结构方形，“鹩哥楼”现保存完好。</P><P> 据介绍，文冲村800多年前开村的，也就是宋末明初时期，陆氏先祖第一代泰泉公从南雄珠玑巷直入南粤，之后定居在这里，之后族人从宗祠始分为东西两支，而村民们一直按祖制，将宗祠、家塾等公用建筑全部沿村前护村河建，形成一个巨大的村落。</P><P> 到了上世纪80年代，富裕起来的村民开始拆建房屋，八成居民都外迁了，而沿河一带的建筑基本都保留了下来，因此在东西门楼间保存了一长带状的古民居。</P><P> 将重修保护古建群</P><P> 据了解，昨日广州市文化局名城处赵清木处长在现场表示，要对该建筑群作好保护。不过，由于黄埔区也是第一次发现这么有价值的古建筑群，因此还没有进一步的保护和发展规划。目前，已经不允许居民再将古建筑拆了重建。有关负责人介绍，初步的保护意向是：将东西约连成一片，古建筑与花岗石板大街一起保护。而占用的西门楼也会重新修缮。</P><P> 文冲村古民居建筑设计如迷宫</P><P> 出过进士保留多间私塾书院</P><P> 从陆氏大宗祠再向西行不久，再转进一条巷子就可以看见文冲最古的几间民居。这些民居依山而建，最高处建在山岗上，而最低的地方在山脚下，为了使名居的地面保持平衡，在古时的建筑工人在山脚下垫起了3层大约30厘米厚的石，在巷口一眼望去，这些长方形的石头形成了长长的一片矮墙。民居就建在这些石头之上，全部是一片青砖，顺着山脉的走向这些民居向前延伸而去。</P><P> 整个文冲村在修建时就有着严整的规划，一位村民告诉记者，清朝时他的太公曾经想要在村里某个地方再建一楼房子，虽然将很多银子提到了族长家，但还是遭到了拒绝。记者发现村里的房子确实建得井井有条。村民说，这里的整体规划与现代的小镇有着很大的区别，现在的街道都是笔直一眼能望到头，但这里却将整个村子里的巷子建得交错综复杂。之所以这样做一方面是讲究风水，更重要的是为了防止倭寇和敌人的入侵，因为只有这样，才能使敌人进入村子之后迷失方向。</P><P> 文冲村自古以来都很重视教育，曾出过不少进士。村里现在保留下来的教育场所有7间私塾和1间绍山书院。村民们告诉记者，私塾是供普通人家的孩子念书的，而条件较好的书院则是村里条件较好的“贵族子弟”们的学习场所。</P><P> 该楼原是瞭望台因吸引鹩哥而得名</P><P> 4米楼台只开很少窗供透光和开枪防卫之用</P><P> 鹩哥楼位于文冲的南坊，是文冲最高的建筑，也是古时村里的“瞭望台”。</P><P> 建筑风格独一无二</P><P> 鹩哥楼共有三层，最底部用13层约30多厘米的广州特有的红砂岩垫起，使楼的第一层建在4米多高的平台上，整个楼用青砖建成，外层墙上只开很少窗，供透光和开枪防卫之用。</P><P> 记者从前面续建的小房子进去，看到里面是一道石板楼梯，沿梯进去后，一下子觉得楼里很宽敞。只见约80平方米的楼里，空空的只有四根1米×１米的方柱，进门左边是一道木楼梯，完全依托着方柱，空中竟搭起了两层楼板来，每层都是高达1米多的护栏，站在楼板上，就能透过墙上小孔了望和防卫。</P><P> 由于楼建得少窗，顶上就开了两个大天窗，光线透过天窗而入，竟有十分空灵的感觉。这种特别的建筑风格，在广州也是独一无二的。据村民们介绍，鹩哥楼是黄埔一带较高的古建筑，当时从这里就能将马冲河、新溪收入眼底。</P><P> 曾吸引近万只鹩哥</P><P> 据老村民介绍，鹩哥楼原来并没有名字。在清末时，由于好久没有人住，再加上楼太高了，没法维护，就有鸟类将一些树种子送上墙头，日久了，竟在墙上长出了大批的树，繁盛的树引来了大批鹩哥，最多时近万只，密密麻麻地藏在树里，阵阵鸟鸣响震全村，人们就干脆叫它鹩哥楼了。后来，重修时楼上的树毁了，鹩哥奇观也没了，但楼名却保留了下来。</P><P> 其他建筑</P><P> 古门楼：保全完好</P><P> 在东门楼是一座约35平方米的砖石建筑，中间有宽约3米的大门穿过。门楼前方顶上是乾隆甲寅年仲春建时的石刻“文冲”二字。据了解，这个古门楼一直保全完好。</P><P> 记者发现，门楼前后门都有巧妙之处，前门上有一块好多孔的旧木，而后门地面也有与西关大屋类似的栏栅状大石。据老村民介绍，这是村子的防护门，栏栅一个是竖放、一个横放，将那些外敌全然挡在门外，再加上与护村里连成一体，更是固若金汤。</P><P> 陆公祠：罕见巨石板</P><P> 已有500年历史的绶亭陆公祠是陆氏东支最古老的宗祠。据老居民介绍，这个宗祠原来是右有客厅、左有花园的，现在还能看到那建作厨房的耳房，这种结构的宗祠在南粤也极为罕有。让记者兴奋的是，那前门墙的大石板，从上至下，全部是用5米×０.8米的巨大花岗石建成，中间没有一点破损。据称，这么大的花岗岩建筑构件，在广州是绝无仅有的，而且石板平展如镜。</P><P> 大宗祠：彩绘精美</P><P> 气势宏伟的陆氏大宗祠是文冲最大的祠堂，也是陆氏的总宗祠，距今已有300多年的历史。如今大宗祠仍然保存完好，宗祠的最外面是由花岗石铺成的路面，两根雕刻精致的花岗石柱分别位于大门的两侧，枣红色木制大门有3米多高。大门外屋檐上的屋梁镂刻着各种花纹，并有五颜六色的彩绘。宗祠的门槛大约有1米高，此门槛是可以活动的，人多时就将门槛放下来为成平地。</P></FONT><BR
